Selma has 12 years of experience in the intersection of investment, sustainability, and impact. At BluePeak, she leads Sustainability and Stakeholder Engagement, steering the firm's sustainability agenda while building strong investor partnerships. She began her career at EY in Transaction Advisory before moving into impact investing at Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations, where she helped raise and deploy 2 funds dedicated to SMEs and social impact.
