Fulton has 15 years of experience in private equity and corporate finance. He was an Investment Manager at Catalyst Principal Partners, an East Africa-focused private equity firm, where he originated and managed deals across multiple industries. Prior to that, he spent six years as a Manager at KPMG Corporate Finance in London, executing buy-side and sell-side mid-market M&A transactions in the industrials sector across Europe and North America.
